Family

Maya, Dan and Heedie

  1. Friday 6:12 PM
  2. Maya:

Is Leo's soccer still on tomorrow?

  3. Heedie:

Yes, 9:30 at Riverside Park. 70% chance of rain by 10, so pack rain jackets.

  4. Heedie:

Leave by 9:05 to get there on time.

  5. You:

    Perfect, thanks.

  6. Sunday 7:00 PM
  7. Heedie:

    Reminder: bins out tonight.

How it works

Set up in an evening. Useful by morning.

  1. Add Heedie to your family group chat

Heedie has its own number. Add it to the group you already use, in iMessage or RCS. No new app. Call it Heedie, or give it a name your family likes.

  2. Connect your calendar

Heedie reads your family Google Calendar to know what is coming up. It never changes your calendar.

  3. It handles the routine and asks before it acts

Morning briefings, leave-now nudges and reminders arrive on their own. Anything that involves someone outside the family waits for your OK.

What it does

The routine, taken care of.

  • Remembers the important stuff

Bins every Sunday, the dentist in March, the form due Friday. Say it once and Heedie reminds you at the right time.

  • Handles the routine for you

A morning briefing with the day's plan, the weather and who is driving where, so nobody has to piece it together.

  • Notices things early

Rain at pickup, a slow drive to the game. You hear about it while there is still time to change plans.

  • Keeps your household in sync

Everyone in the group sees the same plan, and Heedie learns your routines as it goes.

Built for households with help

Your nanny and driver, in the loop.

When you ask, Heedie texts your nanny, driver or house manager directly, so plans don't get lost between people.

  • It only texts staff when you ask it to.
  • You choose who it can message straight away and who needs your OK first.
  • Staff get their own messages. They never see your family chat.

  3. You:

    Yes, send it.

  4. 6:31 PM
  5. Heedie:
